Card payment of tattooing -06/06/2024
We introduced the option of card payment. We also offer the option of paying in installments with Diners cards and debit cards of the MBnet network of banks. In the case of a one-time card payment, the basic price of the tattooing service is increased by 5% due to the bank commission and payment delay, and when paying for the tattooing service in installments with Diners cards and debit cards of the MBnet network of banks, the basic price is increased by 10%.

Detection prize game -01/10/2024
A game of detection in which you have to find out who is who. The first prize is a 30% discount, the second prize is a 20% discount, and the third prize is a 10% discount on the providing of tattoo services. The giveaway runs until 19th January 2024. PANTERA For Legacy tour -06/10/2023
From 12th to 14th of June, 2023, we are on a three-day vacation. We are going to Prague for a concert by the reunited and reformed band Pantera, in which Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown remained from the original line-up. Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society) and Charlie Benante (Anthrax, S.O.D.) are unfortunately replacements but replacements with the credibility of the late Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul. Cause of Pantera is worth traveling to the Czech Republic and back. That band often gave us energy and inspired us during the past years, they contributed to the global popularization of tattooing with their distinctive style, attitudes, and behavior, which made them for many people just cowboys from hell who vulgar display power.
The tattoo studio is open regularly on 15th of June, 2023.
KISS - End of the Road Tour -07/10/2022
After yesterday's magnificent KISS concert in Zagreb on Tuesday, 12th July 2022. we are collectively going to Judas Priest in Ljubljana. So that day the tattoo studio is closed. On Wednesday 13th July 2022. we work regularly according to the schedule until the annual vacation or the next concert. Kiss made a party to remember from the very beginning with the song Detroit Rock City with lots of pyrotechnics and lighting effects enhanced by a hard, powerful sound. Today, after the concert, we are permeated with that pleasant exhaustion, like exhaustion after a quality New Year's celebration. Good thing today is Sunday.
REACH approved tattoo colors -02/14/2022
After a month and a few days, we received REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) approved tattoo colors. The current color palette is not as reach as the previous one, like last year's tattoo color palette, but this is just the beginning. Like in the early nineties when we began tattooing. Here you can see that we have a range of colors with which we can tattoo, for example a beautiful Dinamo or Croatian coat of arms. The colors are how the EU authorities demand clean, harmless, permanent, the best, and you can neither die, nor have mutated offspring from them.

Ban of tattoo colors in the EU -03/22/2021
The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has proposed that certain substances containing tattoo inks be withdrawn from circulation. These include the pigments blue 15 and green 7, which are contained in two-thirds of all tattoo colors. The proposal to ban the pigment blue 15 and green 7 was due to problems that arose in hair salons. Namely, the color remained on the hands of hairdressers for weeks, and on the scalp of customers. Since hairdressers in Germany are in the same category with tattoo masters, this is the plain bureaucratic repression. Please sign a petition against the ban on tattoo colors in the EU.

Ian Holm, a British actor known for his role as the hobbit Bilbo Baggins in the Lord of the Rings film series, died in London at the age of 89. Holm was also known for numerous roles in other films. In pop culture he was noted for his roles in Alien as the synthetic Ash, The Fifth Element as the priest Vito Cornelius, The Day After Tomorrow as Professor Terry Rapson. In 1998, he was awarded the title of knight for his contribution to the art of drama.

From 4th May 2020. we are starting to work again. Because of Your and our safety arrival with protective masks is mandatory. For the purpose of preventing cross-contamination from directly entering in tattoo parlor is necessary to follow all instructions of tattoo masters. On appointments come alone because only client and tattoo master may be presented at the tattoo parlor. If you have any cold or flu symptoms, please DO NOT arrive and let us know in a timely manner.
For all arrangements regarding the preparing of tattoo designs and tattoo appointments, please use Facebook messaging. We will not be able to answer the phone in the tattoo parlor, but will contact you later.
Closed due to COVID-19 pandemic -03/19/2020
The Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia has made a decision on obligatory closure of all service activities that are not essential in the current situation. The decision came into force at midnight today and the safeguards last 30 days. For your and our safety, the studio will be closed from today.
We will let you know about getting started again via social networks and our official websites.

Notification due to coronavirus situation -03/17/2020
Because of the coronavirus pandemic, we are forced to temporarily introduce emergency epidemiological protection measures that will be implemented without exception. We are closed to the public, we receive ONLY and exclusively clients that have appointments from before. Customers are requested to postpone their appointment if they have any symptoms similar to a cold, flu or koronavirus (cough, fever, sore throat, lung pain, shortness of breath, weakness ...), if within the last 2 weeks they have traveled outside the Republic of Croatia or have been in contact with persons who have the above symptoms or have been reported to the epidemiological service for further treatment. Please do not come to the tattoo studio but for all the information about changing appointment date and queries until further exclusively contact us thru Facebook. Studio's phone and e-mail [email protected] will not be in function. If we have to completely close the studio and cancel the appointment due to the situation, we will contact you. We presented the Gandalf Tattoo in the UK at the London comic con and it was royal. That's purpose of comic cons existance. Tattoo festival hosted by Ink Fusion Empire and much more, a lot that is almost impossible to list.
Seasonal work in tattoo studio -04/19/2019
We are looking for a tattooist for seasonal work from June to September 2019 in the tattoo studio in Biograd na moru. Interested tattooists can visit the tattoo studio in Zagreb on business day from 12 noon to 20 hrs. Be sure to bring a portfolio. The portfolio can be an photo album or in digital form on a laptop or tablet. Portfolio on cell phone will be rejected.
Winters vacation -01/06/2019
Because of the winter vacations we will not work from 07th to 11th January 2019. So the tattoo studios in Zagreb and in Biograd na Moru will be closed during that period. Tattoo studio in Zagreb will be opened from 14th January 2019. In tattoo studio in Biograd na Moru we will probably work at the end of February. You can see the information about working hours of the tattoo salon in Biograd na Moru on the calendar in the contact section.
Cartoomics Milano 2018. -03/02/2018
From 9th to 11th March 2018 we will participate at the Milan's Cartoomics Festival of Comics, Films and Games. Cartoomics belongs to the category of events like our Interliber at the Zagreb Fair, the only difference is a number of visitors, 50000 to 80000 visitors. Within Cartoomics is maintained tattoo festival Tattoomics. At the Tattoomics festival ten tattooists will present their tattooing skills in the geek world. Among them will be Marin. With promotion of Gandalf Tattoo and Bullseye Tattoo Marin will also promote Croatia. To the most of Croatians is known filming locations in Croatia like Star Wars Episode VIII – The Last Jedi and Game of Thrones filming locations but for many Italians it is a unknowns.

Star Wars Celebration 2017. -04/13/2017
From 13th to 16th April 2017. will be held a Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, Florida. Unfortunately we are not able to attend this event but we can follow live what is happening there. Live streaming can follow through the Ink Fusion Empire web site.

Countdown hours to the SFerakon began. Next week tattoo studio will be closed (from 9th to 13th May) We celebrate our geek existence. In Saturday 14th May at 6:30PM on SFerakon will be a GEEK TATTOO CONTEST. Contest includes geek tattoos done anytime and anywhere. In cooperation with the SFera association at this year's SFerakon (from 13th to 15th May 2016.) we will hosted Shane Turgeon. Writer, collector, tattoo and SF fan. The most important Shane's work is unification of tattoo and pop culture. It was started 1999. by launching tattoosandtoys.com web site and few years later resulted with publishing a book inspired by Star Wars tattoos "The Force in the Flesh". "The Force in the Flesh" was 2007. presented at Star Wars Celebration in Los Aangeles and that moment was started chain reaction of connecting geek tattooists in community and resulted with tattoo conventions on Star Wars Celebrations and other geek Cons.
2003. Shane was founded Edmonton Collectible Toy and Comic Show (ECTCS). One of the biggest events of collectibles in POP culture.
2010 he was started unique business and founding shop "Shades of Grey" for which states that is a "Art Fusion Expirience". His shop in addition to being an art gallery and tattoo studio is also comic books and vintage toy store and contains the rest of POP culture memorabilia

Star Wars events in Zagreb -12/09/2015
On the occasion of the premiere of Star Wars - Episode VII "Force Awakens" tattoo studio will be closed at 16th December 2015.
12th December 2015 is Star Wars Day in Zagreb CC1 East and our association MosCroatia Spaceport is a co-organizer. All are invited, of course, you can come costumed. Event starts at 10:30 and lasts until 19h. There will be a bunch of our costumes, we will have 4 games for visitors (Jedi training, Force Training, Trench Run and BB8 race), comes and 501. legion, all in all, not to miss! 13th December 2015 is a copy of the event in Split CC1.

Cardiff Tattoo and Toy Con -07/18/2015
25th and 26th July 2015. Gandalf Tattoo participate at tattoo convention in Cardiff (Wales, United Kingdom). Those days Marin wouldn't work in tattoo studio in Zagreb, more precisely from 23rd to 30th July 2015. Cardiff's tattoo convention is a geek type of convention and also it is a collector's convention. A paradise for toys and scale models collectors and for collectors of everything else related to Star Wars and pop culture in general. Special guests of tattoo conventions is Shane Turgeon with presentation of his new book "The Force in the Flesh VOLUME II" and "Epic Ink" tattoo reality show crew, Chris 51, Jeff Wortham i Chris Jones.

Humanitarian tattooing for Crni -01/16/2015
On January 22nd, 2015 we will be hosting a benefit tattoo convention for Crni at the Vintage Industrial Bar in Savska 160, Zagreb. Crni suffers from cancer and can't work any more. The purpose of the convention is to help raise funds for our talented colleague and friend help his family get out of debts that have been incurred by his unfortunate circumstances. Epic Ink -10/13/2014
Just over a month ago, broadcaster A&E (Duck Dynasty, Storage Wars, Criminal Minds) started running a new series called Epic Ink. Epic Ink is a reality show about tattooing similar in some ways to L.A. Ink and Miami Ink but it’s also completely different because the main theme features geeks tattooing other geeks and there’s no drama - just pure fun. A&E is also the owner of the History Channel where Epic Ink runs as well but unfortunately not in eastern Europe so it’s thanks to the Torrents that I've watched all of the Epic Ink episodes. In my opinion, the first season of Epic Ink is flawless and better than other shows of this type and it should be getting way more likes on Facebook. If A&E feels that’s an indication of low viewership for Epic Ink, they will not film another season. So tell all your friends to check them out on Facebook and like all their posts!

Redesign and reprograming of website -07/14/2012
Last few days our website is in the process of reprogramming and redesigning. Content is conceptually same but the interface is changed and website is no longer powered by ASP. It's already run on PHP, but it's a mostly irrelevant to the end users. For now, everything is in function only will need some time to fill galleries with content, concretely with photographs.
